Sheria ya Makosa ya Mitandaoni imeanza kazi rasmi September 01 2015 Tanzania na tayari kuna stori za watu kukamatwa kwa Makosa mbalimbali kutokana na Makosa ambayo yameainishwa katika Sheria hiyo.
Wakati huohuo nakusogezea stori kutoka North Carolina Marekani, kijana mwenye umri wa miaka 17 amekamatwa na kesi yake inahusu ishu ya kukutwa akiwa na picha za utupu alizojipiga yeye mwenyewe na nyingine za mpenzi wake !!
Polisi waligundua kuwa kijana huyo Cormega Zyon Copening alikuwa na picha hizo kwenye simu yake kipindi ambacho yeye na mpenzi wake walikuwa na umri wa miaka 16 na wote wawili na wamekuwa wakitumiana picha hizo.

Kwa Sheria za North Carolina, unaruhusiwa kuwa na uhusiano wa Kimapenzi kama una umri wa kuanzia miaka 16 lakini hairuhusiwi kwa mtu yoyote chini ya miaka 18 kutumiana picha za utupu kupitia simu ya Mkononi.
Ishu iko mikononi mwa Polisi wanaendelea na Uchunguzi, Cormega pamoja na mpenzi wake Brianna Denson kesi yao itaanza kusikilizwa Mahakamani September 30 2015.
