Mahakama Kuu Yafutilia Mbali Kesi Ya Kupinga Ushindi Wa Tundu Lissu

MAHAKAMA Kuu Kanda ya Dodoma imefutilia mbali kesi ya uchaguzi iliyofunguliwa na mgombea wa Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) Jonathan Njau kupinga ushindi wa Mbunge wa Singida Mashariki Tundu Lisu (CHADEMA).

Katika madai yake ya msingi, Njau alikuwa akipinga matokeo na kutaka kura kuhesabiwa upya.

Shauri hilo lilikuwa mbele ya Jaji Berkel Sehel ambapo mgombea wa ubunge kupitia chama cha Mapinduzi CCM Jonathan Njau alishindwa kwenye uchaguzi kwenye jimbo hilo mwaka 2010 na 2015.

Njau Aliwasilisha ombi mahakamani la kutaka kesi hiyo kufutwa kwani hana haja ya kuendelea na shauri hilo.

Awali mlalamikaji aliwahi kupeleka mahakamani mara mbili maombi ya ombi la kusamehewa kwa gharama za kesi kiasi cha milioni 15 lakini maombi hayo yalitupwa

Lisu amesema Mahakama kuu ilishatamka mwaka 2010 kuwa kesi za uchaguzi si za kuendea kwa papara bila umakini wowote.
