Kwa mujibu wa rafiki wa karibu wa msanii huyo amedai kuwa tukio hilo lililotokea maeneo ya Magomeni, jijini Dar es Salaam limempa Lungi hasara kwani kitendo hicho ni kurudishana nyuma kimaendeleo.
Lungi amekiri kulizwa na vibaka hao na kusema kuwa amechoka sasa kwani sio mara ya kwanza kufanyiwa kitendo kama hicho na kusema kuwa anajiandaa kuhama ili kukwepa adha hiyo na kudai kuwa ameibiwa vitu kadhaa ikiwemo Tv na deki.
