Mwanafunzi Wa Chuo Cha IFM Afikishwa Mahakamani Kwa Kumwingiza Mtoto Vidole Sehemu Za Siri

Mwanafunzi  wa Chuo cha Usimamizi wa Fedha (IFM), Mussa Msafiri (23), alipandishwa kizimbani   katika Mahakama ya Hakimu Mkazi Kinondoni jana akituhumiwa kumwingizia vidole sehemu za siri mtoto  mwenye umri wa miaka minne.

Mbele ya Hakimu Issa Kasailo, Wakili wa Serikali, Matarasa Maharagande, alidai  mtuhumiwa alitenda kosa hilo   Januari 7 mwaka huu maeneo ya Sinza alikokuwa anaishi mwanafunzi huyo.

“Mtuhumiwa ulitenda kosa hilo wakati ukitambua kwamba ni kinyume cha sheria za Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania,” alidai wakili.

 

Baada ya maelezo hayo mtuhumiwa alikana kutenda kosa hilo na upelelezi  unaendelea.

Hakimu Kasailo alisema   shitaka hilo linadhaminika hivyo alimtaka mtuhumiwa kuwa na wadhamini wawili waaminifu watakaoweka saini ya maandishi ya Sh milioni tano kwa kila mmoja.

Kesi hiyo imeahirishwa hadi Febuari 27 mwaka huu na mtuhumiwa aliachiwa huru baada ya kutimiza masharti ya dhamana.
