Edward Lowassa, mgombea urais kupitia Chadema anaeungwa mkono na vyama vya upinzani vinavyounda Ukawa, leo amelazimika kusimama na kuwahutubia maelfu ya wakazi wa Muheza, Tanga waliojipanga barabarani. 

 

Taarifa kutoka Muheza zinaeleza kuwa walizuia msafara wa Lowassa kwa mbwembwe huku wengine wakidaiwa kulala barabarani wakimtaka mgombea huyo kuwahutubia kabla hajapita eneo hilo.

 

 Lowassa alikuwa akitokea Tanga Mjini ambapo jana alifanya mkutano wa kampeni uliohudhuriwa na mafuriko ya watu waliouzidi uwanja wa Tangamano na kumlazimu kuahirisha mkutano huo ili kunusuru maisha ya watu walioanza kupoteza fahamu uwanjani hapo

Mgombea  huyo  ameonekana  kubebwa  na  jiji  la  Tanga  na  hivyo  kuweka  alama  ya  kiulizo kama  jiji  hilo bado  linasifa ya kuendelea kuitwa ngome ya CCM.
