Hatimaye Mahakama Yatoa HUKUMU Kesi Ya Kukaa Mita 200 Baada Ya Kupiga Kura

Mahakama Kuu Dar leo imetupilia mbali shauri la tafsiri ya sheria ya mpigakura kukaa au kutokaa umbali wa mitaa 200 kutoka eneo la kupiga kura.

 

Kwa mujibu wa majaji waliotoa maamuzi hayo wamesema kuwa, kwa kuwa mikutano ilishakatazwa kuwepo siku ya uchaguzi, hivyo hakuna mkutano, mkusanyiko au vikundi vyovyote vitakavyoruhisiwa siku hiyo na kufanya hivyo ni kuvunja sheria.

 

Pia wameeleza kuwa siku ya uchaguzi mtu yeyote atakayevaa sare ya chama chochote naye atakuwa amevunja sheria.

 

Kwa upande wa wakili wa utetezi,  Peter Kibatala amesema ameyapokea maamuzi hayo lakini atakata rufaa juu ya shauri hilo kwa manufaa ya chaguzi nyingine zijazo.
