Kada mwingine wa CCM aliyechukua fomu za kuwania urais hii jana ni Mbunge wa Kisesa Luhaga Mpina ambaye amesema vipaumbele vyake vitakuwa ni kuboresha ukusanyaji wa kodi pamoja na usimamizi thabiti wa mapato ya kodi ili taifa liondokane na utegemezi
