Lowassa amekabidhiwa fomu hiyo na Mwenyekiti wa Chadema Taifa, Freeman Mbowe kwenye ofisi za Makao Makuu ya chama hicho yaliyopo Kinondoni jijini Dar es Salaam.

Lowassa alijiunga rasmi na Chadema juzi akitokea CCM baada ya kuondolewa kwenye mchakato wa kuwa mgombea urais wa chama hicho akidai kuwa jina lake liliondolewa kwa mizengwe.
