Roma Adai Hajapata Barua ya Wimbo Wake Kufungiwa....Awapa Ushauri BASATA

Siku chache baada ya Baraza la Sanaa Tanzania (BASATA) kutoa tamko la kuufungia wimbo wa Roma ‘Viva’, rapa huyo amesema kuwa bado hajapata barua rasmi ya Baraza hilo. 
 
Amesema yeye pia ameiona habari hiyo kwenye mitandao na sababu zilizoainishwa na Baraza hilo kuifungia ‘Viva’.
 
Licha ya kukiri kuwa hafahamu taratibu zinazotumiwa na Baraza hilo kutoa taarifa kama hizo, Roma alilishauri Baraza hilo kuweka utaratibu wa kuzisikiliza nyimbo kabla hazijatoka ili kuepusha usumbufu.

"Nisiwe  muongo, sijui  taratibu  wanazotumia  kufikisha  taarifa  zao.Mi nadhani ingekuwa  rahisi  kama  artist  hajaachia  nyimbo  yake  mpya  ama  hajafanya  kazi  yake  ya  sanaa,iwe  inawasilishwa  katika  hicho  chombo.Nadhani  hapo tungekuwa  tunaenda  sawa," amesema Roma.

Hata  hivyo,Afisa  habari  wa  BASATA,Artistide Kwizela  amefafanua  taratibu  zinazotumiwa  na  baraza  hilo kufikisha    ujumbe  kwa  umma  pale  wanapoifungia  kazi  fulani  ya  msanii.

"Kuna  kufungiwa  kwa  maana  ya  msanii  mwenyewe  kuandikiwa,lakini  kama  kuna  taarifa  imetoka  public  kwamba  nyimbo  za  namna  hiyo  zimezuiliwa, kuna  two  ways.....Either  barua  kuandikwa  kwa  msanii  au  Public  anouncement  kwamba  wimbo  fulan  umefungiwa"
