Hukumu Ya Sheikh Issa Ponda Yaahirishwa Hadi Novemba 18

MAHAKAMA ya Hakimu Mkazi Morogoro, leo imeahirisha kutoa hukumu katika kesi ya jinai Na.128/2013 inayomkabili Katibu wa Jumuiya na Taasisi za Kiislamu Tanzania, Sheikh Issa Ponda.

Hukumu hiyo imeahirishwa hadi Novemba 18, mwaka huu baada ya Hakimu Mkazi Mary Moyo aliyetarajiwa kutoa hukumu hiyo kuwa na matatizo ya kiafya.

Taarifa hiyo imeonekana kuwaudhi watu waliokuwa wamekusanyika katika eneo la mahakama hiyo waliokuwa na shauku kubwa ya kujua hatima ya kiongozi huyo.

Hati ya mashitaka ya kesi ya Ponda ilikuwa na jumla ya mashitaka matatu lakini Julai 22 mwaka huu, Hakimu Mkazi Mary Moyo alitoa uamuzi wa kumfutia shitaka la kwanza kwasababu lilishatolewa uamuzi na Mahakama Kuu Kanda ya Dar es Salaam, na hivyo mahakama hiyo ya Morogoro siku hiyo ilitoa uamuzi wa kumuona ana kesi ya kujibu katika mashitaka mawili yaliyosalia .
