Tayari wakili jembe na nguli Peter Kibatala akiambatana na wanasheria nguli wa Ukawa Prof Safari, Mallya na Tundu Lissu asubuhi ya leo amefungua kesi mahakama kuu kuishitaki NEC kwa ukiukwaji wa sheria juu ya wananchi kukaa mita mia mbili na kulinda kura.

Kesi imefunguliwa under certificate of urgency nadhani kama sijakosea kwa kiswahili ni 'hati ya dharura' ili isikilizwe na tafsiri itoke kabla ya uchaguzi.Tayari jalada lishapelekwa kwa pilato na wanasheria nguli wa Ukawa wamejipanga kwa hoja za nguvu na ushahidi wa kutosha.

Pia jopo la wanasheria nguli wa UKAWA wameiomba mahakama kuu ya Tanzania kutoa tafsiri ya kisheria juu ya matamshi ya rais wa nchi kuwa alitumia mamlaka gani kuvaa kazi za tume.
