ya Taifa ya Uchaguzi inasema 98% ya wapiga kura wameunga mkono
marekebisho hayo ya katiba ambayo yatamruhusu Bw Kagame kuwania kwa
muhula mwingine mwaka 2017, baada yake kumaliza muhula wa pili.
Tume hiyo imesema wilaya 21 kati ya wilaya 30 zimechapisha matokeo yake kufikia sasa.
Matokeo kamili yatatolewa baadaye leo Jumamosi.
