Bisimba, amesema vifaa vilivyokuwa vikitumiwa na kituo hicho kukusanya
taarifa za uchaguzi vilivyochukuliwa na polisi, havijarudishwa.
Alisema hayo alipokuwa akizungumza na mwandishi
jana na kufafanua kuwa kwa mujibu wa taarifa walizopewa na polisi,
bado uchunguzi dhidi ya vifaa hivyo unaendelea na vitarudishwa baada ya
shughuli hiyo kukamilika.
Aidha,
alisema anasikitishwa na kitendo hicho kilichofanywa na polisi kwani
walikuwa wakifanya kazi hiyo kisheria na kwa haki bila kuegemea upande
wowote na kwa maslahi ya taifa.
